Reservation Policy

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

Due to staff shortages, we may not be able to offer you early arrival or late departure. Thank you for your understanding.

For those who want to make the most of their stay, it is possible to arrive on site before 4 p.m. and take advantage of the hotel’s amenities and facilities.

For late departures, a charge of $ 20 will be added to your bill for each additional hour.

Guaranteed reservations and deposit

A valid credit card number (Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express) is required at time of booking for guarantee purposes. Debit-credit cards are not accepted.

Any failure to present automatically results in a charge equal to the price of the first night’s package, plus applicable taxes. This does not apply to non-refundable reservations, for which the full prepayment is retained.

A valid credit card is required upon arrival, for a pre-authorization equivalent to the total amount of the stay plus an amount of $ 200.

Cancellation policy

You have up to 24 hours before your arrival to cancel a reservation free of charge. Beyond the 24-hour period, an amount equivalent to the price of the first night’s package, plus applicable taxes, will be charged.

Pets policy

Manoir des Sables is happy to accept cats and dogs in some of our rooms. It is mandatory to mention that you will be accompanied by your animal when you make your reservation. See our policy here.
